Log into your Ginafy account and go to My Account. Scroll down to Cancel Membership and click Cancel. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your membership has been cancelled. Yes—you can cancel your Ginafy membership at any time, including during the first 14 days of your billing cycle. To cancel, log in to your account, go to My Account → Cancel Membership, or email us at [email protected]. The moment we receive your cancellation request will be treated as your cancellation time. If a renewal payment is processed before we complete your cancellation, we will refund the full amount immediately.

Please note that cancelling your membership does not cancel any existing orders or contest entries.

Yes. Any items you ordered at member pricing will be processed and shipped as usual, even if you cancel your membership before they leave our warehouse.
