Refund policy

1. General Terms

You may request a refund for eligible purchases or recurring charges by contacting our customer support. We do not issue refunds for partially used memberships or subscriptions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a refund or account credit. The fact that we grant a refund in one instance does not obligate us to provide similar refunds in the future.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, money transfer, or other alternative payment methods.

Once approved, the refund will be processed promptly. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.

2. Your Rights Under UK Law

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may have the right to:

  • Cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period), provided you have not yet accessed or used the service.
  • Request a full or partial refund if the service is faulty, not as described, or does not meet expected standards.

These statutory rights are not affected by this refund policy.
